Scoring transparency
Scoring rules
Every rule is public and versioned. A rule only runs when the official source it depends on is connected and verified — otherwise it stays off. Changing a point value creates a new version; past events keep the version they were scored under.
Legislative activity

Scoring window
Monday 12:00 AM through Sunday 11:59 PM Eastern. Official records list dates, not times, so each is placed at noon Eastern on its date.
Provisional → final
Weeks stay provisional for 3 days after they end so late-published records count, then they are finalized and locked. Rule changes only ever apply from a future date.
Corrections & disputes
Corrections to official records published during the finalization window update provisional scores automatically. After a week is final its result never changes; later corrections are logged on the event with the reason and source. Anyone signed in can report a data issue.
